Round 1: Write the opening sentence of your novella
Lucid dreaming had helped Willow face her inner Kali and uncover the gem-studded glories of her inner bodhiverse, but only after she returned from her first astral projection, bathed in tears of joy and Universal Light, did she realize that there are no walls or barriers, that all life is pure energy, and that the only limits to our absolute freedom are those that we impose upon ourselves.

I’m sorry …. what??
August 10th, 2009 at 2:13 pm
Sorry but this is bad so far, try to be less `flowery`, and avoid the cliches.

Many thanks for your comments, Sara and Beran. I understand that my writing is not for everyone. I hope some day you too can have similar experiences of the extraordinary. Then maybe what I wrote won’t seem so confusing or flowery. Blessings.

I’m intrigued, and sympathetic to the subject of the experience of oneness. However, it is cloaked in terms that put off even a sympathetic reader. I hope what follows is more digestible.

Blesses, Natalia. After reading the last few comments, I may not be given another chance to offer something more digestible. But if this is the will of the Universe, then it is my will too. Everything that happens is part of the Divine Plan.

topically engrossing, could be that you blew your lotus-load a little early

Joy and Light.

Sorry you got bumped – I suspect I don’t see things in quite the way you do but I sense in you an awareness of ‘wholeness within existence’ and that awareness is a key to future understanding.
Good luck in the future.

Lol JD.
Poor Isis! is she still allowed to reply and leave comments on the website? Do we get to know who she is now or do we wait until December?
August 15th, 2009 at 8:38 am
Once Isis submits her farewell statement she will no longer be part of the competition. One of the contestants is a known writer and I do not want to give his or her identity away prematurely. All of the contestants’ identities will be revealed in December.

Namaste, JD. I just emerged from a deep meditation and feel calm and at one with the universe. Words have never been my strong suit. I prefer to dwell within the holy mysteries of silence. The profound experience of unity and oneness cannot be expressed through language.
Blessings back to you, Host, for sharing your concern over your words in the video. But there was no need for it. I understand that jabs, even the less playful ones, are part and parcel of reality shows.

This fatalism sounds Diderot. Between Isis and Fido…I would rather see Fido be sacked. Let’s the tears dry up and move on!
